In the event of any such issue, including but not limited to booking errors, flight cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions, resolution will be governed by the policies, guidelines, and procedures of the relevant airline or service provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourmart shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to such errors, omissions, or failures. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your recourse for such issues lies with the airline or service provider directly, and you release Tourmart from any associated liability. You further acknowledge that Tourmart is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, or other travel service providers.
Clarification Regarding GDS PNR Sharing Policy
This is to formally clarify that, in accordance with our company policy, we do not share GDS PNRs under any circumstances. The Airline PNR and E-ticket number already provided are fully sufficient for any airline-related verification, assistance, or support. Furthermore, there is neither a requirement nor any obligation for us to disclose the GDS PNR to our OTA partners or agents. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Penalty Terms (Refund, Reissue, VOID)
All penalties related to refunds, reissues, and voids are determined as per Tour Mart Limited’s policy, which is transparently displayed during the booking process. Customers are strongly advised to review the applicable penalty details carefully before issuing a ticket. By proceeding with the booking and confirming the ticket issuance, it will be considered that the customer has acknowledged and agreed to the displayed penalty terms. Please note that penalty charges may vary based on fare type, service class, and booking conditions. Tour Mart also reserves the right to apply service or administrative fees in accordance with its operational guidelines.
Refund Policy

• Payment Obligations: Users who opt for partial payments must settle the remaining due amount by the specified due date.
• Failure to Pay: If the due amount is not paid within the stipulated timeframe, the booking will be considered canceled.
• Refund Eligibility: In such cases, the initial partial payment will not be refunded.
2. Refund Charges
• Assessment of Charges:If a refund is requested and the associated refund processing charges exceed the amount of the partial payment made, the user will be responsible for covering the additional charges.
• Payment of Charges: The user must pay the difference to facilitate the refund process.
3. User-Initiated Refund Requests
• Standard Processing:Refunds requested by users for reasons other than non-payment will be processed under our standard refund procedures.
• Processing Time: Such refunds will be settled in accordance with our general refund timelines and policies.
